Ethereal Elle'gance offers a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10.00 late fee will be added to your total. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

- No Extra Guests – Only the client receiving the service may attend the appointment.
- No Children – Children are not permitted unless they are being serviced.
- Agreement Required – By booking, you agree to follow these policies. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your appointment.
